I agree with Poltergiest, and the Exorcist...however, freshly home from the hospital, pitch black room, husband sleeping is the conditions I watched the 1st Grudge. It scared the daylights out of me. After my husband made me watch it again, and he learned the creeking, scratching noise that we all know what i'm talking about, he continually would do it, after a few minutes after laying down for bed, in the dark, to scare the sh*t out of me. I couldn't sleep for weeks as horrible as that sounds! lol
haha thats funny, my mom used to do that sound all the time when I was little to be goofy, so when I saw the grudge in the theater I got super freaked, but thought it was funny at the same time. I thought that was a cool sound to use.
I just saw last house on the left and was uber disappointed, albeit its sorta realistic in that it could happen, I was thinking this is stupid, the acting was terrible. Not to take away from anyone who liked it.
I have "The Orphanage" at home and I'm afraid to watch it. Does that count?
I saw "The Devil's Backbone" at a first show (half-price) and walked out into the bright sunshine and did stuff in between seeing it and going to bed and it still gave me nightmares.
I'm going to watch it. This has just been a bad week at work for me to sit up all night with all the lights on because I scared myself so badly watching a scary movie.
