List movies that you enjoy that few other people have seen. The rule is that fewer than 10,000 ratings have been given for each film on the Netflix site (this is listed below the star rating on each movie's page). Here are two that I enjoyed to start us off:
Tokyo Fist & Tampopo - 2 movies from Japan that are on opposite sides of the cinematic spectrum. Tokyo Fist is about a man's search for passion that he finds in ultra violent ways & Tampopo (which has 45,000+ ratings so its not as obscure) is about the search for the "perfect" noodle. They are both unavailable on NF.
I have seen Inside Moves!!! wow I would have never remembered that on my own... Thanks! I need to see it again, I was kind of young. I also remember Howard's movie Gleaming the Cube but I can't recall most of it. You guys are helping me out tonight, thanks.
Carrie...
It has been a while since I last saw Inside Moves, which I discovered on Cinemax. I believe that was the first time I saw David Morse and I love the seldom seen Diana Scarwid.
I had an older friend growing up that owned a video rental store, so I saw many movies that I could not recall today. I do remember John Savage. He is a great actor who does not always land in great movies. My favorite of his was American Strays.
I actually have not seen this - probably because my husband has and I try to rent movies for both of us. I am going to queue it because you said so... Ha
