Permalink Reply by stymie222 on January 9, 2011 at 11:07am I am receiving script errors when using the "remove from queue" option for instant play.
I was informed by Netflix that my JAVA files are corrupt. And now its my problem.
Every attempt to repair, uninstall and reinstall JAVA has failed.
If we are required to use JAVA for Netflix then Netflix should at least require JAVA to provide a clean un/reinstall and support.
A Google search of "cannot uninstall JAVA" will yield thousands of posts. There are no posted FAQ or search results for this problem on the JAVA web page. JAVA wants to charge for tech support.
Although i'm somewhat PC savvy and can at least try to resolve this problem, I can imagine the average Netflix user is pulling their hair out.
We need help !
