A Netflix Community

This morning I looked at my queue and the three returned movies on my three at a time plan still hadn't been marked as received. However, despite that there were three more movie pulled up from my queue and marked as processing. The processing movies were marked 1- 3 and the ones they hadn't logged in yet were marked with + symbols. I thought "Good. they are still having problems but they are going to send more anyway." Looked back later and the old ones still haven't been logged received. However, the processing movies are gone. They weren't returned to my queue, I know because of the number of movies in queue, but they don't show as sent or at home or in the history. So, maybe they were sent... or maybe they got deleted from my queue... which would suck because I didn't make note of what titles they were and only remember one of the three. Anyways, keep an eye on your queue's and make note of what is supposed to be sent or you might just lose them from your queue.

Yes I noticed the same thing. Yesterday, my top three movies moved into a "Will ship Friday" location....well its Friday, and those movies are gone now. And in their place there is a message saying that my next movies will ship on Monday. So I am unsure if I should put the movies that have disappeared back....or just hope that they have it figured out. The problem here is....I am in the middle of a television series, and two of the missing discs were from the first season.


Any ideas?

exact same thing is happening to me - yesterday it showed 3 movies from my queue as processing - didn't show my 3 returns - now the 3 processing movies are gone from the queue.
I'm going to be sad if I can't watch more "Eureka" tomorrow.

Yeah same thing has happend to be but its been happening every couple hours dvds getting droped and nocked off I have re added these same dvds at least 6 times now I really hope they get a handle on this soon.

Apparently this is fixed now. The missing films are now listed as at home and my returns have been processed. So hopefully everything is running smooth again.

I have noticed this at times but it hasn't happened a lot. What I have noticed about my queue is that every so often I used to get a disc that I was sure was next on my list - SO - I began keeping a list in Excel of my next 50 movies. This morning I went in to check my queue and the entire queue was screwed up. Netflix had, as my next movie to ship, one that was 47th on my list. It took me most of the morning to get my queue back in order and if I hadn't had my Excel list I never could have gotten it back to the way it was supposed to be!!

You have no idea how many people have requested a Queue Shuffle feature! Netflix said no, and we all thought it was the end of that. Whaddaya know...
