Netflix Movie Fans

Months ago I installed Netflix Movie Viewer and it never worked. So I went back to try again.

After running the latest version I get this error message: "The features you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable." It's looking for "Netflix_Movie_Viewer_installer[1].msi". By default it seems to look in the temp folder, when I enter an alternate path and navigate to the correct folder I get an error message saying it can't be found. And then another error message that says "The older version of Netflix Movie Viewer cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group. I searched the harddrive and the installer[1].msi file does not exist.

And so here I am, and ideas? I got sick of waiting on the support phone line.

You could try uninstalling the movie viewer and seeing if it fixes the msi problem when you reinstall it.

Just curious... did you try calling tech support yesterday or the day before? Maybe the lines were tied because of people calling about the outage on Monday. Lots of people who post here say the wait times aren't that long, so if you don't get any help here (since it's not an official netflix help site) try calling again. Hopefully you'll get through in just a couple of minutes.
