Netflix Movie Fans

Every since last Monday (day the site was down) I have been having terrible problems loading pages on Netflix. The pages will often not load and give an error message instead (server is not responding). The only solution that I have found is to load some other page (myspace for example) and then go back to the main page of Netflix and traverse the path to my desired path again. For example, if I wish to see my friend's profile then I have go to the main page, then click on Friends and Community, then click on the Friends tab, then click on the desired friend, then on the profile tab. If it doesn't load any one of these pages then I have to go to myspace.com and then go back to Netflix's main page and start over.

Strangely, however, the add to queue button always works without fail, but once it is added there is no guarantee I can move it to the top of the queue or even visit the queue. I use a Macbook with OSX 10.4 and it doesn't work correctly with Safari or Firefox. I also have no trouble loading pages on a Windows PC that is on the same connection.

Is this something on my end? How can I fix it?

I use a macbook Pro with 10.4 as well, and do not experience that problem. I just tried it in both Firefox and Safari browsers. Not sure, but sounds like it may be a browser cache issue or something. Maybe clear out the cache and see if that works, or maybe even delete the Netflix cookie and then re-enter the site.
I cleared the cache and deleted the cookies but the problem continues.
Did you try clearing your cache via paypal....
Had a very similar problem but not quite as severe, turned off the auto phishing and real time virus scanner and it cleared right up, especially turning off the phishing filter made te problem go away, the scanner turned off just made things load faster.
How do I find the phishing filter to turn it off?
I ran the trace route twice and got roughly the same the thing. I am on a university campus so I'll have to check the PC later in the day when I get a chance. I attached the picture of the trace route.

I cleared all the caches yesterday and re-registered the dns.

This is puzzling. What versions of Safari and Firefox are you using?
They are both the newest versions.
