What do you think is the worst movie ever made and/or which one do you passionately despise the most?
The worst that I've ever seen is definitely Plan 9 from Outer Space, but I knew that it was supposed to be terrible going in. Bloodrayne is the movie that I talk bad about the most though, since I had never experienced an Uwe Boll masterpiece before.

The Village was pretty decent, but instead of being genuinely surprised by the ending like in Sixth Sense, I kept waiting for the twist which was just a huge let down. I would have liked something a little more supernatural. Signs was Shyamalan's last good movie. Simple story-telling without the "what will the twist be?" question in your head the whole time.
I agree... Signs was M.'s most recent success... and I say that with gritted teeth because I HATE Mel Gibson... but that's really just because he is a homophobe with a mullet (...is there any other kind?).
Signs actually had some really great visuals... like the WTF scene where we first see the aliens at the child's birthday party on the news... But even in that film, the storytelling was starting to lack some lubrication.
Lady In the Water and The Village were both crapola... and anyone who thinks otherwise is a jagoff... LOL
I think M. Night needs to put down the pipe and go back to directing real movies.

My impression of him is that he's a straight laced uber Christian. So maybe he needs to pick up the pipe and get some inspiration for good film ideas. ;-)
Not even the best drugs available can make Lady in the Water seem good.

I've seen some many awful films it's hard to choose. I guess it would have to be anything directed by Uwe Boll namely House of the Dead which in my opinion started the "All video-game adaptations are awful" stereotype.
I never make it through any bad movies because I give on them. But a while back I was telling a buddy how Shawshank was the best prison movie ever. He said he heard Blood in, Blood out was even better so we rented it and made it through the horrid movie.
I still harass him years later about that movie pick. All I need to say is "Blood In, Blood Out".
Ouch Max, you just broke my heart. I love that movie (also known as Bound by Honor). I watched it like 3 times at the movies when it came out. I even got to meet Benjamin Bratt and Jesse Borrego at this conference one time. Jesse is super cool but Benjamin is a little bit of an a-hole. But daamn that Benjamin Bratt looked fine in that movie.
The line we used to make fun of was from Damian Chapa "I may be white from the outside, but I'm brown on the inside. To. The. Bone." LOL! Good stuff.
The only reason we got through it was to laugh the over the top acting and at how bad it was and so I could make fun of him for picking the worst movie ever.
How good the actor's look does not really matter to me unless they are female and it's porn.
Over the top acting? Dude, I swear some of those people weren't acting they were just playing themselves. Taylor Hackford rolled up to them on the streets of East LA and said "Hey, you vatos wanna be in my movie?" LOL!
