Netflix Movie Fans

I'm a bit irritated with this issue.  It's only (so far) with the latest two episodes of Legend of the Seeker.  The video quality is blocky and horrible and the audio is way out of sync.  I went back and checked previous episodes, but they're fine.  So far everything else is good but those two episodes and the wife and I really enjoy this show.  I've reported problems with both, but nothing has been fixed on either.  How long does it take for them to address these issues?  I'm confused, I am paying for this service....

It can sometimes take a while for them to fix a title. Other times it gets done fairly quickly. If you are not happy with the level of service you are receiving, you can always just cancel. Otherwise, you're really at their mercy as to when it will get fixed.
Yeah those are both bad encodes, I blame sloppy work cause they try to push it out by monday. Make sure to report them on the website AND call, though like spin said, it can takes a really long time...

I too watch Legend of the Seeker. Tonight's episode hasn't been released yet and is usually available by now. I'm betting that episode 19 has the same shoddy transfer problems. The real question is will we get a timely release for episodes 20, 21 and 22 or am I going to be forced to watch the episodes on Hulu? For those looking for this show while Netflix works on the issue. Hulu.com has the latest 5 episodes on a one week delay. Sucks that they are only 480p and laced with 60 second ad spots but it works in a pinch.

You are being forced to watch it? That sucks. You should call CS as well, the more people who call, the better the odds of them fixing it soon.
Ok, forced is harsh but I shouldn't have to go watch the show on Hulu.com. The current state of the past two, I suspect three including tonight's, episodes have been unwatchable on either the PC or the Xbox 360. I much prefer the HD showing of Netflix on my big screen but in order to stay current with a show I enjoy considerably, I've had to watch it on Hulu.com over the past two weeks.
Episode 18 is now available and just as broken as the past two. Back to Hulu.com I go next week. Maybe they'll get it fixed for the season finale. Can't tell you how frustrating it is when you look forward to enjoying a show on Netflix and it doesn't work. Haven't had many problems like this before but this makes me wish I could watch it on cable. Internet TV isn't quite there yet if this is to be the result.

Three times over the past two weeks. Haven't called this week yet.
I just checked the last couple of episodes today, looks like the audio issue has been fixed.
