Netflix Movie Fans

I had my first free month of Netflix and wanted to continue my account. However I thought since the month had ended and I haven't received my next dvd that they had canceled my account so I made another one. I just realized the other account is still active so when I canceled the new one I got charged $10.99 & $8.78. Not sure why I got charged twice, but I'm wondering if it's possible to get a refund.
