Censorship

What the Fuck? I downloaded "Fear of a Black Hat" and the entire movie is censored! It's even rated "R"! It's not just words, it's gestures too. It's like watching George Carlin with no sound. If I were the makers of this film I'd be pissed off! I find it personally insulting that either Netflix or Starz is treating us like children. I don't know if the DVD is the same, but don't take my word for it, check it out for yourself. It's right in the beginning. Are there any other films that anyone has run into with this same problem?

If, in fact, a sex scene was censored out of that movie, then it was edited out by the studio/distributor or perhaps you saw the PG-13 version of the DVD release. There is a PG-13 version and an unrated extended version on DVD.; ▶ Reply to This
