Netflix Movie Fans

Hey guys,

I've been trying to add movies to my Q and report one disc as compeltely unreadable. Unfortunately, I keep getting 404 Errors.

"Page Not Found
The requested page /1245533030000.Iwr1P7/UopYhetARdfgCLABqbCo= does not exist. We will try to automatically redirect you to our home page in 10 seconds.

Please go to the Netflix home page by clicking the button below. "

This does not help me much since it's an automatically generated page.

And since I can't report a disc as unreadable, I had to send it back and now I may get charged for the disc.

And I can't find any support email information whatsoever.

just call Netflix customer service and tell them the disc wouldn't work - they'll get you a replacement and sometimes a bonus disc for your troubles - and tell them about the 404 error:)
they're very nice and will be glad to help you out. and you don't get charged for damaged/ non -working discs - so you're all good! best of luck!

Your best bet, since the web site is malfunctioning for you, is to call customer service at 866-716-0414, and let them know you had problems with the disk. I'm sure you'll find them very nice and probably won't charge you for the disc. They'll also probably send you out a replacement disc ASAP. The hold time is usually very short as well. Good luck.
You guys rock, I'll take care of it tomorrow - Thanks! Hopefully it's not too late since I sent it back days ago.
