On the Waterfront , Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, Chicago
Yet, I will watch B-horror, no budget war movies and what others say are really bad comedies and rate them 5 stars. he he he

wow Aces !!! don't worry about the last 2 .... But you get up first thing in the morning and get yourself a copy of On the Waterfront and watch it !!

I agree that you need to see On the Waterfront as soon as you can.

I liked Crouching Tiger (didn't like Chicago), but I think everyone should see On the Waterfront.

OK Waterfront's at the top of my Q now. But the other 2 gonna be waiting awhile.

Do yourself a favor and skip Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon and watch the film that inspired it, A Touch of Zen.

Actually, I have seen Bonnie and Clyde, and in a film class, no less! However, there are a ton of classic, foreign, and indie films that I haven't seen yet. The Umbrellas of Cherbourg, for instance. How can I call myself a film lover or a lesbian and not seen all of Catherine Deneuve's films? :P

You know what someone should do, is start up a movie night for board members. Everyone agrees on the movie, and sets up a time to watch it, then starts up a discussion thread about it. That's a way to get some of these movies watched...and bring together everyone for some good conversation to boot.

Excellent idea Margarita! Instant Watch movies would work great for that.

If you go to the group Instant Watch Treasure Hunters we already do have a movie club. We've already watched Falling in Love and Eraser
Wowwee does a fantastic job heading that group and there is tons of info on instant watching.

Margarita, I just watched Indochine last night, and I have to say: It was like 2.5 hours of torture. I love her, but for some reason I had a heckuva time trying to get through that one. I have this thing about never quitting on a movie, so I stuck it out. Have you seen it?

Here are a few I still need to watch.

Snoril, TBOAN... hard to get through... tedious at times. But worth it.

Midnight Cowboy... must see

I second the opinion on TBoaN! I had to split it into two nights.
