Just started watching the HBO series True Blood and I just finished watching disc 1 of season 1. Well I send in my disc 1 only to have Netflix send me disc 5 that's labeled with their sticker 'Disc 2'. I've never experienced this before from Netflix. Anyone else?
I've had this happen more than once where a disc has been mislabeled, not just a wrong envelope. Be sure and call customer service because this is a bigger problem than just receiving a wrong disc. They need to change the labeling on the disc itself. In my case, they sent a new one out before the other one could be returned but I got a second mislabeled disc. When I called again, I was told they would be checking all their disc 2's of that particular series. I received more than one bonus disc because of the problem. Eventually I got the right disc, but you could obviously tell the label had been corrected.
I experienced this numerous times with Blockbuster Total Access, which is why I switched to Netflix in the first place. Haven't had a problem like that since.
