Is Epxi leaving netflix or not
I am wondering if the Epix HD deal is going away or is the exclusive of the deal is gone. If someone can answer this I would appreciate it.

It's my understanding that Netflix is only losing the "exclusivity" part of the Epix deal this September. But even that is not certain yet as exact terms of the deal aren't discussed other than it is a 5-year deal. Netflix has exclusivity through September of this year, then Apple hopes to also begin offering Epix titles for streaming via its own deal with Epix

Kind of sounds like Netflix won't have exclusivity after Sept 2012, but will still show Epix titles - at least I hope that's how it turns out.
