So apparently Netflix does want to turn into the next Showtime or HBO. They are moving forward with acquiring rights to more original programming and have picked up a Norwegian-produced TV show called Lilyhammer. This is in addition to having already acquired the rights to the David Fincher/Kevin Spacey produced show House of Cards

This new show stars Steven van Zandt (The Sopranos) as a Mafia informant who chooses to move to Norway as part of the Witness Protection Program.

Small problems come up and Johnny uses his unorthodox views to solve those little problems or help others solve them.
Maybe I'll tune back in and see if I can get into it.
