I get "Loading, please wait" when watching Netflix through my Sony BluRay player. This happens quite regularly, to the point that I sometimes give up.
When I watch movies from Amazon, or HuluPlus, there are never any streaming problems. I have therefore deduced that the problem is with Netflix, and not with Sony or my ISP (Time Warner).
Has anyone been able to fix this problem? It's making me mad as hell.

I don't know if any of their experiences apply to what you're experiencing, but it looks like Netflix streaming has to pass through Sony servers before it reaches your Blu-Ray Player, so it may actually be Sony that's the bottleneck. I don't know why they have such a setup, but I suppose it's to control what accesses their Blu-Ray players (to avoid viruses and such)...
