I tried to watch Domino (2005) http://www.netflix.com/WiMovie/Domino/70028901?trkid=188469 and even with all volume levels on the viewer and computer cranked up, it's barely audible. Other titles are fine. Could someone see if they are having the same problem, please?

Thank you for checking. I reported it to Netflix earlier in the week and see it didn't improve, so figured it was either something on my side which wasn't likely since it was a single title issue or they haven't fixed it yet.
Appreciate the heads up on the problem thread. I'll use that one in the future for issues.
If it's doing on all movies then there's probably something wrong with your settings. If it were occurring on just a few titles I'd say it was just a poor encode.

Bill, do you have a movie(s) with this problem? Can double check on another PC for you. If your computer, volume knob on the speaker itself and player volumes are high, can't think of any other settings.

Is Silverlight something that can be bypassed to see if that's an issue?
Constant Gardener wasn't too bad on my PC (Vista) with volumes about halfway. Same with Cheech. See if you have a speaker level setting. I used season 2 of Weeds as a comparison and it was a bit louder than the two movies.
My original complaint on Domino still exists. I wish it was as loud as any of the three I tried above.

Volume dial on the speakers (probably doesn't apply to a laptop?), task bar setting and Netflix player itself are all the volume settings I know of. On the task bar setting you may want to double click on it and then go into the mixer to see how all levels are adjusted.
You may also want to check the Silverlight forum at microsoft since there are messages about incompatibility with Netflix there.
