Has anyone noticed that on the streaming part of netflix they are removing
all the good movies and tv shows to "make room" for new ones, but alot of the new
movies are low budget, rated poorly, generally bad movies?

Just in case you don't understand that...what you consider "good" or "low budget, rated poorly, generally bad" might be a treasure for another person. Broaden your mind a little.

Permalink Reply by Jo on July 30, 2012 at 11:10am I certainly hope that low budget movies aren't someones treasure on a regular basis. If I must broaden my mind to this type of entertainment then I am in trouble.
Permalink Reply by Microwaved on July 30, 2012 at 12:04pm I adore low budget movies. Fuck the academy and 4 star movies. Give me movies with Heart and Soul!

Uhhhh, The Artist (2012 Oscar, Best Picture) had a budget of $15 million.
Michael Bay's Transformers 3 had a budget of $195 million.
What was your point?
Permalink Reply by Ando on July 30, 2012 at 9:33am I resort to Netflix for my entertainment. YouTube, if you know how to work it, yields treasures that are, frankly, incomparable. I share my NF account with family members who are not as search savvy, so it isn't a total waste.
Permalink Reply by Jo on July 30, 2012 at 11:07am Gees, you guys are brutal. I'm not talking about reality tv that's not my thing. I am talking about good
movies. My point was that the 3 and 4 star movies are being replaced slowly with 1 and 2 star movies.
Very simple minded type movies with bad acting and lot of unknown actors. It's fine to have some of those, but that's all I am finding. Even some of the movies with known stars are movies that didn't make it anywhere else. Check it out before you judge.
I do not get entertained by youtube, or reality tv. I want something that makes me think, or have to figure out.
Permalink Reply by Microwaved on July 30, 2012 at 12:05pm I like porn cause I like to figure out how they get into this positions. Every time I try those I'm always "slipping out".
