(1) Vanishing of the Bees(documentary)=this highly rated film covers Bee Colony Collapse, the unprecedented loss of our bee population, and the reasons why it is happening and is one of the first films to cover this issue.

Days of Glory (French-Algerian. 2006)=Even though I've seen it twice already, I re-added this great wartime drama about Algerian units that fought for the French during WWII but then had their military pensions suspended during the Algerian uprising for independence.
Then -President Jacques Chirac, a war hero himself, decided to restore the pensions after watching this film, showing that movies sometimes make a difference.
This film also has very good bonus features.
