Netflix Movie Fans

Hi, I hope you can help me.

A long time ago when i was a kid (like 25 years ago or so) I saw this spy movie. I saw it only once on TV and for some reason i've stuck for all these years trying to find what movie it was. I don't know why as the movie wasn't that great, but still I just have to know.

I think it was a spy movie, a Bond parody of sorts, maybe a spy comedy, don't remember too much of the plot but a few vague details. I remember the spy was very much like James Bond, he had a blonde assistant, and a car that looked as a Mini Minor. I remember the car had a set of buttons that made it change colors, I'm not sure but i think the spy also changed costumes as the car changed colors. I remember also that one of the villain's henchmen was a big asian guy dressed in a tuxedo and with a black hat, he was very strong and had long fingernails that he could throw... or was it that he threw daggers? don't remembrer exactly as, after all this years I don't know what parts where real scenes in the movie and what parts where added by my imagination later. I also remember (please don't laugh) that there was a white mouse in the movie, but don't remembre exactly what that mouse did.

In the final scene, after the plot had been solved, the spy was at a swimming pool kissing with his blonde sidekick. And the mouse was there too i think (god that sounds ridiculous).

I know the details are scarce, but I have to know the name of that movie, or if it was a movie at all. If you tell me that there wasn't such a movie, that would be enough, this movie has been haunting my mind so long that I just jhave to know.

Oh, also the movie I think was old, maybe something from the 70's and maybe an european movie.

Thanks

I'm not sure the name of the movie, but maybe I can help fill in some holes in your memory. Did the car change from a RV type car, sports car, and possibly the mini? Also, the name of the movie, or the car, I'm thinking of had something to with a bird. The Condor or something like that. I'm stuck thinking of a movie that sounds similar to yours, but I watched it when I was a kid as well and can't remember many details. Hopefully, my comments help. Let me know if you remember the name, I really want to re-watch it.

Actually, I searched the net and found the movie I was looking for. Was it Condorman? I don't remember a mouse in it, but the changing car makes sense.
