Netflix Movie Fans

Okay, this is going waaay back. I saw a commercial for a movie on either A&E or Bravo...wait for it...in 1995 (yea, I know, "is she serious?!?). It was a british film, set in post WW2 I think, about a teenage girl (possibly promiscuous) who gets pregnant and keeps the baby. In the commercial, I remember the girl pushing a pram while strolling down the sidewalk in a neighborhood and also her making out with a much older man in a doghouse with their legs sticking out.

It actually looked like it was a good movie, not just over-sexed tripe. But I never saw the movie and never learned the title. All I have are the images I remember for the tv commercial.

Can anyone help? Obviously this commercial made an impression on me because almost 20 years later, I still remember the commercial.

Thanks!!
