Found this thread through google and thought I'd post here, even though it's old. Seems like this guy and I am the only ones having this exact same problem. For example, yesterday I watched alot of movies, but today it sticks at 7% when loading and then gives me error N8106-101. It might work again tomorrow, it might work again next week. I am using Google Chrome and this just started for me maybe 3 weeks ago.
I called Netflix several times and all they do is condescendingly guide me through the cookie deletion process, then tell me it's not them.
Have u spoken to a supervisor? If not ask to speak to one. Not all reps have all the answers.
...and now it's working again. Very odd. It seems to be unrelated to the cookies.
I'll post back if I find out exactly what it is.
I keep getting error n8106-101 and n8106-106. I called CS # and it has a recording saying its having issues streaming thru PC and MAC but other devices may not be effected and they are working on fixing it. I can get it to stream thru my phone but haven't tried the TV yet.
