We travel between Costa Rica and the US.
The quality is less than we are used to from the US. Our bandwidth is 2.024, but Netflix only takes about 600kbps.
Additionally, the English Audio is considerable lower than the Spanish for most films.
Thirdly, there is not way to turn off subtitles. When we watch Spanish audio, then, yes, the No-subtitle button is there. As soon as we choose English, there is No-subs button any longer.
And fourth, although we have set English as the preferred language in settings, all movies first come on in Spanish.
Thought you might want to know that your customer reps can not fix any of this.

Problems 2 to 4 have been fixed during the last three hours.
Quality is still unsharp. No feedback received, but three out of four ain't bad!
Sorry, problems 3 and 4 have returned.
