frequent reloading
This may be a topic already discussed, but we are having a constant reloading issue. Sometimes the movie won't even play for 90 seconds and then it has to reload. we haven't changed anything else about the system, our hardware, or internet provider. We are not techo geeks. So anybody have an understandable fix for our problem.

How is NF getting from outside to your TV? I'm guessing you have a cable hooked into a router. From there, you either have a wired/wireless connection to a Roku-type unit or you're using a game console connected to your TV. You gotta be specific about your entire set-up from internet to TV.

I am having the same problem. Only difference is, my husband can watch netflix all day and night on the computer in our room with no problems. I am watching through the wii, with a wireless connection. I have reset the router, uinstalled and reinstalled netflix, changed the settings and passwords on the router, and anything else I can think of and still I watch more of the reloading bar than any show...Does anyone have any other ideas? My internet speed is 3.0mbps.
