I opened a ticket with Samsung on 5/30/12 and the problem has yet to be resolved.
The basic symptom is that you can access the title listings but cannot watch any of them. Also exiting Netflix sometimes hangs up the player requiring a powerdown which in turn requires the device to be re-activated.
The "Technical Engineers" have stated it is a "server error " and they are hard at work trying to replicate and solve the problem. funny that I found the same problem happened back in '09 and there was no public resolution to that incident either.
I will try to remember to update here as I sit at my PC watching my video entertainment instead of on my comfortable couch.
