I'm really tired of Clive's movies getting pushed further and futher back. I waited forever it seemed for Midnight Meattrain to come out and then it only showed up on a few theaters in the whole country. (go figure)And I'm still waiting for Book of Blood to come out anlong with this one.

There isn't enough Purell to make me feel clean again. I feel like I need a rape kit for my soul.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (page 12)

I have not seen the sequal yet but the first Transformers is my favorite movie. I gotta say, the review in the papers and magazines made me pretty angry. Transformers was the best summer movie of 2007. I even bought the d.v.d. the first day it came out. It's a PG-13 movie, so of course it's gonna be made more for teens, but I'm sure there's a lot of adults who probably loved this one too. I mean the guy who makes the Transformer movies also made Pearl Harbor. I think that the people who write the reviews for the papers are adults, so they won't think it's as good as us die hard fans think it is. Once again, I haven't even seen it yet, but I have high hopes for it.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (page 5)
And . . action!

THIS IS NOT A REVIEW OF THE MOVIE. Read one of the other 30,000 reviews. This is only a breakdown of Transformers 2 (TF2). - TF2 is the absolute example of a studio rushing a sequel. Somewhere towards the end of the movie Michael Bay decided he was going to turn this into Blackhawk Down and over dramatize every single battle and every moment LaBeouf and Fox ran for their lives. Also TF2 was just a showcase for Megan Fox. It should have been titled 'The Megan Fox Live Action Photo Shoot; With Talking Machines'. The whole debacle became so embarrassing it turned laughable. And to think that the 'Jive' transformers were offensive, obviously anyone who said that didn't watch the rest of the movie. They were hilarious. I will state this now as public record on 7/3. In 1 shot of the Egyptian town where the "O.K. Coral" shootout takes place (as said by Turturro), the very distant backdrop of the city used is a backdrop of LOS ANGELES!!! I broke out laughing when I saw it. I wasn't the only one in the theater who noticed either. I state this now because they will digitally re-master that upon DVD release no doubt. Also there is a Decepticon girl that is an obvious rip-off of T-X from Terminator 3. What, did they think no one would notice? She/it had nothing to do with being a transformer. It was just a reason to throw a wrench into the LaBeouf/Fox love triangle. One more problem I have: the language used in TF2 has earned an 'R' rating for plenty of other movies, but have a big studio release it as a summer blockbuster, and be assured a PG-13 rating; makes me sick. Watch it for the sound & machine effects and John Turturro. I have no uncertainty you'll roll your eyes a 1/2 dozen times throughout the movie. Oh, and if you think this 'non review' of a review is long, then you'll think TF2 is WAY too long as well.
