I do wish they had DS9 on.  They have the contract for it from what I can tell.  (Although my wife keeps telling me, "your the only one who likes it!", I keep telling her there are a couple of other people in the world that would like to revisit it.)  With the way it was jockeyed around and my lack of vcr at the time, I never did see all of them.

Star Trek (all of the series with the exception of Deep Space Nine) are now on Instant Watch.

Sisko gets screwed again!  It's ok, he's still the Emissary of the Prophets!  Take that James T. Kirk!

LThought I'd join before my life ended. I started watching Star Trek when it first came out, and have always loved it. Yes, I started in the 60's with Star Trek. I remember many episodes and especially the one's the caught Spock showing emotions. I still remember the sudden look of shock and smiles when Spock thought Kirk was dead, and found out he wasn't. Anyway, I'm another of the "Old Farts" so bear with me. If my posts seem meaningless or don't help anyone, I'll be happy to read and watch from the side lines.

About me: I'm 63, I own CowboyTech Computers, and several other online businesses, and am setting up another one within the month. You can't beat my prices on anything, and my service is impeccable. I've been a SciFi nut since I was a kid, and used to read the SciFi magazine called "Analog" which was first published in 1930. It once had a fabulous story called "I see a man sitting in a chair and the chair is biting his leg".... what a great story. Anyway, that's who I am. The picture on my profile is me and my wife (hence the CowboyTech name).

Katherine go to trekmovie.com you might find all the info you are looking for. I looked around for just a few seconds and it looks like some of them have been released all ready. Oh and Katherine go easy on us old fart, I can probably go you one better. I remember when tv was in black and white and we only had 3 channels to choose from.

So does anyone know the schedule for release of the movie DVDs/BluRays? I just bought a Blu Ray specifically for the "Originals" movies because they have discontinued the DVD format. Now I am wondering about the "Next Generation" movies, and the "new" movie. It's a brave new world for us old farts who can remember the time before VHS when you actually had to be at home to watch something on t.v. when it broadcast (and Neflix wasn't even a gleam in the eye . . .).

This is a review I just read and I might add they rated it 5 stars

Now, was that hard? This movie rocked. It is what Star Trek is supposed to be. Kirk still can't leave those green women alone. I haven't been giddy watching a movie like I was with this one since Star Wars Episode 2. Can't wait for the sequel.
