Anybody going this year? I'm not - money is tight - but a film I helped a bit with will be there - "The Immaculate Conception of Little Dizzle." It was made in Seattle by animator David Russo - it's his first feature. I haven't seen a final cut so I don't know how it turned out but it's pretty weird and interesting. I believe it's playing out of competition.

Here's the Sundance synopsis:
The Immaculate Conception of Little Dizzle / USA (Director and Screenwriter: David Russo)—After losing his high-paying job, Dory takes a gig as a night janitor in order to pay rent. Alone late at night inside a market research firm, he discovers something worse than his new job cleaning toilets - a conniving corporate executive has made him the subject of a bizarre experiment. Cast: Marshall Allman, Vince Vieluf, Natasha Lyonne, Tania Raymonde, Tygh Runyan. World Premiere

I've been to Sundance 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2007. My husband is a cinematographer and his movies ONE, GROOVE and WAITRESS have screened there.
