Netflix Movie Fans

It's a movie about a brother that was kidnapped...I think he was kindapped bcuz of something to do with his brother's job but I can remember they were twins and Chris Rock was the star. He went on to rescue his brother where he was being kept in an abandoned building I think...I was really young when I saw this movie any assistance given will be greatly appreciated
