Haven't seen this movie in nearly 20 years
Movie where a character (who may have been a boxer) had an large over-exaggerated chin. I can't be of anymore help and have been racking my brain for a long time over this one.

Surely you can give something else. New or OLD movie? Cartoon? Was the character Black, White, Chinese or maybe Alien?
Was the Character (who may have been a boxer) MALE or Female? Was he the ONLY character in this movie?
Was it in USA or Russia?
Most of what I listed as examples are vague but they are something.
You really need to think and give just a little (is this case lot) more information.
OK by the idea of the character being so memorable but not so that we are certain of him being anything other than maybe a boxer...

Mickey Rourke Plays one Ugly M*****F**k** (very memorable) to say the least "Face wise". He has a Chin that can catch the eye and I think there may have been a flash back of him as a Boxer in the movie.
Good luck I hate having a flick stuck in my brain and not recalling the name. Even if it is just one scene or in your case Clip. -
