It's a spy movie from 70's (i think). I believe that the actor from the scene that i remember is Max von Sydow (or someone looking like him). I just remember its happening in Switzerland (or in some other European country with lot of mountains) and he is meeting main character in some restaurant on mountain top.

Some ideas????

The movie "Brass Target" (1978) starring Max von Sydow was filmed in that area.  This is the movie about a failed attempt to transfer Hitler's gold during the war.

Spy movie in the 70s, In Europe, Lot of Mountains, Meeting someone in a restaurant?

That could be one Long List of Movies.

But to have any chance of looking like Max von Sydow I will take one guess and say

James Coburn - "In Like Flint" 1967        http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0061810/

May Be the "The Eiger Sanction" (1975)

http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0072926/

No Max in it but a character that might be mistaken for him and definitely lots of mountains.
