70's or 80's movie where a young girl (colonial era I believe) falls into a hole or well under a house. Anyway, the story is actually set in the 1980's and she is reincarnated and is somehow adapted/ supported by her relatives (no one knows tho). Towards the end of the movie, she is running and almost falls in the same hole/well but this time is saved somehow. All of the people see the remains of her previous skeleton. I know it sounds weird but I remember seeing this movie as a kid in the early 80's and it scaring me. I'm pretty sure it was on HBO a few times.

I doubt that this is your movie ... but .... in the movie The Ring, the girl Samara fell into a hole (an abandoned well) many years ago; but her skeleton remained in the hole where the abandoned well used to be.  When people play a cursed video tape of the skeletal corpse climbing from the well, Samara's ghost is reincarnated and haunts the unlucky victims, who are cursed to die in 7 days.

"I wonder how many Tivo's would be filled with 552 half hour episodes. I think watching it would drive a person insane and they would need therapy afterwards.  "

"I like this guy's reviews, well I'll say the anime he covers appeals to me, his comments are a bit corny however, and he has an accent though I can't place where he might be from, he reminds me of Lars from Metallica: "

"I missed it. But Robot Chicken and South Park jump the shark tank so often that normal would be out of place. So it's hard to say even when they have gone too far. Or when they missed their mark when it comes to humor. "
