Name of "Bad Picture Quality" American 80's/90's Movie?
there was a movie I saw on a Community TV channel years ago and all I can remember is that it looked 80's/90's, was American and starred a female doing martial arts/karate and fought people in a gym. i think she could have possibly been a detective and talked to the audience at some points. can anyone please narrow some titles down? thanks.

thanks for the reply but I don't think it is any of her movies. the picture quality for the film I am thinking of is quite poor. the actress is also a brunette.
