Netflix Movie Fans

This was posted on a different site, I know I have seen this in one of the many bizarre movies I have watched but I cannot remember exactly what movie, this is really bugging me so any help would be great.  Sorry if the pic freaks anybody out.

"Bugging" you? Ha! Great pun, akatemple!

I'm probably COMPLETELY wrong here, but there's a Japanese movie called "The Insect Woman" which has several scenes of a Japanese woman lying in bed whose face looks very similar to the face on the insect/spider shown in your GIF.

And her face could be superimposed upon that insect/spider (whatever it is).

Or not.

It's not The Insect Woman, it's black and white (and there are not insects in it).

You are undoubtedly correct. I was suggesting that the Japanese woman's face in The Insect Woman (TIW) was superimposed upon the bug's head in the GIF; I should have made more clear that the movie TIW   has no relevance to the GIF other than that the women's faces are very similar ... and that both women are lying on a white bed atop a white pillow with their face(s) directed upwards.  Perhaps the movie clip is a parody of or reference to TIW ?? ... I don't know ...

It could be, I have never seen The Insect Woman and am really bad at that whole this person looks like this other person, but I could almost swear that I saw this in a movie, reminds me of something that Nishimura Eizo Co., the special effects guys that did Tokyo Gore Police and lots more but I just haven't found anything that matches yet.

Was there a Korean or Japanese film from, say, 5 years ago where the heroine is in an isolated cabin where she is harassed/haunted by insects? It seems that I recall something to this storyline. Also, I seem to recall a dream sequence with something like this scene. But, I could be inventing all of this.

That definitely sounds promising, I just need to figure out the title, I have been working on it for a while without any luck at all.
