Share 'Netflix video issue'

When watching a video on the Instant Watch option, everything runs fine, both FF and IE, that is until i either hover on a tab or do something that causes a "bubble box" to appear over the video playback area. when this happens, in both FF and in IE, I get this strange compressed video box that is black and white with vertical lines in it.
