Recently returned a collector edition 1st disc of Fellowship of the Ring instead of the movie I had rented.Called them immediately, they had not received it yet.Asked they return it to me when they received it. Nope, they could not. Yes it was tracked upon receipt, so if they repackaged mine as the returned Cave, the could locate that package ,find my file in the Cave sleeve and return it. Proble…
