Share 'make streaming available for pocket pc's'

It would be nice if there was a streaming player that would drop the video quality just enough so that you could watch it with out having to have cable modem or dsl. i tried using my phone as a modem on a laptop down loaded the silver light and was waiting for it to buffer and then it stopped and said it was to slow.
