Stupid Netflix

Either you love netflix or you hate it. I hate it but it's the best rental service for your money out there. And for me...saving money comes before my satisfaction. But I have a right to bitch because still.. I am a paying customer. And I'm not bitching to get something changed or whatever..I'm just stating how I've experienced their service.
