The easiest solution, which will require absolutely no action from Netflix, is to only let your kids watch IW when you are around and ensure they watch only what you allow them to. Use your own parental controls.

Since it is a big deal to you, why don't you do what Sock suggested and change the movie ratings allowed for watching instantly by setting the maturity level on your account? The Netflix FAQ has the instructions to do it.
