Zombie Stripers if you haven't seen it already. It is bad but in kind of a good way. If you want sex that is a little different from the norm you might like Lie With Me.
A Tale Of Two Sisters is just fucked up and you should like it.
I haven't personally scored a movie that had great sex and great violence. I did like May and The Cube.
