That's correct - there's no Java on the Netflix website. Javascript, yes. Lots of Javascript. More Javascript than you can shake a stick at. And it's pretty easy to shake a stick.

Very cool, I have found @NetflixHelps to be very helpful, as the title would suggest! It certainly feels more personal than "Report a Problem", because with that, you have no idea if the problem will ever be fixed (If it's a Watch Instantly issue).
