Very cool, I have found @NetflixHelps to be very helpful, as the title would suggest! It certainly feels more personal than "Report a Problem", because with that, you have no idea if the problem will ever be fixed (If it's a Watch Instantly issue)...

We recently moved a list of titles that we have low/no stock in into the Saved section because we can't buy more - most of them are out of print.
