"We don't require subtitles to be permanently on - it is an option in North America that unfortunately we can't turn off in the Caribbean. We don't want to become accustomed to it, will simply cancel membership rather than watch them."

"I still think a better solution would be to at least offer a NO subtitle version of the streams...  As long as subtitles are offered - that should be a easy quick fix... and it won't compromise any Spanish speaking peoples…"
