Yes, they probably don't if the secondary facility takes the same number of days as the primary. The bonus disc is actually compensation for having to WAIT for a disc sent from a secondary facility.
If wanted old movies I can get it from the library for free
And if all you want is new releases, try Redbox.
Daniel, do you have audio on other titles? If it only happens to that title, then I'd suspect it's a poor encode on that movie in which case, you'd want to mark a problem in your queue.
