I had the same issue. It turned out to be a digital rights components problem for me. Basically you need to be running the latest DRM components for Windows media player for this to work.

YEah, a lot of the individual movies are wide screen, but the actual Starz Channel screening is always the box. It was that way with Vongo too. Don't know why.
I'll use a beta if it works better than last release. In this case, I'm having much better luck with the beta. It's worth a shot since you can always go back.

So is Netflix aware of this? Do they even acknowledge it's an issue for just about everyone?
My bet is they were pressured by the studios to have better DRM and they rushed the release of Silverlight.
I meant that I have no problem displaying content that has much higher requirements. It plays true 1080p HD content flawlessly yet Silverlight is jerky. My only point is that the issue is not about having enough juice in the box.
