Well it’s official, we have a new place. Found a cozy 2 bedroom 1 Bath with almost all amenities paid for. After weeks of deciding what color’s to paint the apartment we found color’s we liked purchased them with some tools and began with the girl’s room. We still have a whole month to move, what better timing then Christmas to move right?
I’m on a mission to paint the apartment, buy a Christmas tree set it up and move all our stuff in by Christmas. This is going to be interesting but got… Continue

First, let me say that I am a former Netflix customer and plan on re-subcribing for the streaming video ONLY, once I get my new LG BD300 from Amazon.com, hopefully, next week. The reason I cancelled my previous Netflix subscription is I was tired on receiving scratched and damaged discs that had problems once a invested time into the movie.
I'm also tired of getting nickel and dimed to death by my cable subsriber. I have all the premium channels, plus HD channels and broadband for $160.00… Continue

Hi friends, I don't know if you're aware that I maintain a lot of lists including (since March) new releases lists that are thoroughly researched. In fact, for almost every week since July, my new releases lists have averaged 15 to 25 more new movie titles than Netflix publishes to the membership. For the week of 11-25 (today), for example, my new releases list includes 43 titles Netflix has dated with an 11-25 release or availability date on the movie page itself but that do not appear in the… Continue

Most of us no doubt are familiar with the expression, “Life is what you make of it.” It’s an adage that offers comfort in the face of disappointment and inspiration when undertaking new endeavors. Yet, as readily as we embrace the good feelings this saying imparts, how many of us truly take it to heart? Do we seriously believe the sentiment expressed by these words? And is the essence of this idea even possible, or is it oh so much warm fuzzy New Age hype?
Went to my little brothers B-Day Party, and man did I party too much. It started with one drink of E&J Brandy & Coke then another and another, now I know better then to start drinking on an empty stomach. Finally got some food in my system but by then had a good buzz going. We watched a couple of movies, smoked some tree’s and I passed out.
Sunday morning woke up hung over as hell; wife took me and the girl’s, sister in law and her boyfriend to eat some breakfast. Had a New… Continue

I'm so excited! Tomorrow I will be the guest blogger on CoffeeTimeRomance.com's blog, Coffee Thoughts. I'll be there all day posting entries, answering questions, and giving away a free book.
I'll post my first entry around 8am EST, and then add several more throughout the day.
For the free book giveaway, I'll ask a single question in my second entry. The first person to find and post the answer will win one of my books (winner's choice). The answer has been hidden on my… Continue

Wow, my first ever blog. I've posted to message boards a lot, but I've never had my own blog before. This is kind of cool.
Well, my fake name is Margarita McCall. I chose it because I like how it sounds, and I like having a real name for a handle, instead of a nickname. It's kind of hard being a girl on the Internet, I've found. Guys do hit on you! Holy cow! And I'm gay, which makes it difficult...actually, what really makes it difficult is having poor computer fu. If I knew more,… Continue
Is there such thing as a perfect movie? I don't know. the truth is that everyone has different tastes in movies. and what one person looks for in a movie can be completely different from the next person. which is why there are so many variety of genres to satisfy everyone out there. so I guess what i'm getting at is that it's all subjective. and within one's own subjectivity a perfect movie can definitely exist. It's a movie that truly speaks to you and you know that you will be coming back to… Continue
