Hi. I've been a Netflix customer for 7 yrs. now but was totally unaware of this section and was wondering if I can use my Facebook profile picture. If so, can you tell me exactly how to do it? I'm 52 with zero computer skills. So if you can help me, please be as descriptive as one would be as though you were guiding a small child! Thanks for your tolerance, paintergirl!
black and white movie from the forties or fifties, about a man and his son, being ship wrecked after the mans boat hits a reef the boat explodes leaving a small piece of the wreckage only large enough for the son to use as a raft. the father reflects on the fight hs had with his wife while fending off sharks and bad weather, eventually returning home.
Ok, movie from the 70's I believe. An Evil Car is trying to kill a writer, and an Indian wearing a top hat dressed in a black suit tries to help the writer by using white powder as a protection ward, and at the end the car goes off a bridge. Anyone help?
I think one of the films Sam is looking for is 'Point of No Return' starring Bridget Fonda as the assasin, but I can't seem to get to the right page to place the reply.... I'd appreciate your help in getting that to him. Thanks Bumbles.
Ah - not any work - just copying and pasting over to archive all those photos eating up page loading space on the original group. Would be nice if we had better tools within the groups to avoid such problems. Least of my worries! Just glad I'm an abominable snowlady and not the mouse your kitty's eyeing...
Thanx 4 your reply. Don't worry...I will not chit chat about Base Ball when it is inappropriate...just saw the BoSox logo & had to talk of Pudge. I'm still a little confused: You (Bumbles) run the "What's the name of that movie" group YES? I am a member of this group: YES? And it's OK to ask about TV shows as well...??
I'm a Base Ball nutz...at age 72. For many years I was privy 2 Orioles locker room. Used to drive (the Real) PUDGE when he was #27 (and, yes, later as #72). Drove Ryan & all the Big Ones (Torre & coaches, etc) BUT with salaries out of sight & DRUGS, soured on being part of the mix. Knew & drove The Rocket when he was a normal looking guy! BACK to Netflix: Retired college prof, kids grown, wife deceased...so I average 2 movies/TV shows a nite (2 avoid all TV except MsNBC & Countdown w/Keith O... Have joined a few groups but my queries are usually anything from TV to film to actors & never sure which group to write-to...too many are highly-specialized. Is there ONE group ("Yours?") that can serve my many masters...??? Or can U suggest another?? (Ooops, was featured umpire in Major League II-- Did the last out when Wild Thing re-emerges!) Hope to get a reply if warranted...
OMG. Shut out. 'Nuff said.
Well maybe not.... maybe, just maybe we're(the Sox) like alcoholics who need to hit rock bottom before making that heroic climb to the top. I think I see bottom comin' up fast!
P.S gonna read that blog now :)

Star Trek Into Darkness - This is a pretty good action movie but unfortunately it's a pretty shitty Star Trek movie. JJ Abrams had 4 years to write this crap and all he came up with…"
