Hi! Thanks for acknowledging my discussion, even though you don't like his flix. :) I enjoy his personna much more as well, but I have a nostalgic thing for him. I have read all his screenplays and books and he's so damn funny. I totally agree with you on Divine Trash. My husband HATES his movies, so it's my personal cross to bear!

I wrote a paper in my American Musical Theater class on Fosse. He was something else. I was happy to find VHS copies of All That Jazz and Star 80 when the video store went tits-up. I watch them frequently. Nice to see I'm not alone! See you around!

Hey B, I've been checking out the type of movies we both like and I've noticed that we are pretty far apart on our favorite types of movies. I also keep remembering your note to people who request you as a friend that you get alot of requests and then no contact. I just wanted to let you know that I do check out your posts but they don't very often match what I am watching. If you need to pear down your list of friends I understand being dropped off because I probably won't often communicate on your most popular posts. Please don't mis understand, I write this note only because I know that you have a popular site and you don't need your friends list overloaded with people who are unlikely to have seen the same movies. trying to be a GOOD friend, DON.

Thanks for the welcome. It's a little unnerving that many films I saw as new releases in the theater are now considered classics (so I guess I'm old now). I also watch movies made before I was born, even including the occasional silent movies. I'm sure I'll enjoy this group.
