What is the worst movie you've ever seen?

What do you think is the worst movie ever made and/or which one do you passionately despise the most?

The worst that I've ever seen is definitely Plan 9 from Outer Space, but I knew that it was supposed to be terrible going in. Bloodrayne is the movie that I talk bad about the most though, since I had never experienced an Uwe Boll masterpiece before.

I watched it on Watch Instantly because of that mention in the other discussion and have no idea why I didn't stop.

She couldn't have chewed more scenery if she had swooned backward touching the back of her hand to her forehead, wailed about religion and complained about suddenly developing "the vapors."

Drive He Said. Filmed on the University of Oregon's campus in 1971, it was Jack Nickolson's directorial debut. So bad, it isn't available on either DVD or VHS in the United States. The rumor is that Jack has suppressed release over his embarrassment at making this stinker. Pointless and meandering film, but the good news was that I was an extra during the basketball scenes. Yahoo!

Oh no, I thought I wanted to see that. What did you hate about it? I haven't read any reviews. Did you do one?

No, I didn't write a review for it as I usually tend to review horror movies but I happened to get sucked into going to the theater for this one! Ugh! It's just a huge cheesefest but not really in a good way. It has a cast of thousands and not one of them decided in the making of this film to actually act! lol None of them had accents. The turks were american and british, good gravy, it's just funny. I admit, I laughed a bunch during it. The writing is terribly cheesey, especially for a period piece. I would probably have to put this in a class with Alexander but that might have even been better, I didn't see it. If you like unrealistic, cheesey period pieces then you might enjoy it. I just prefer if I am going to watch a period piece then I'd like it to be more along the lines of Elizabeth. Uh, yeah, they got the history wrong in this one as well.

I think you described it perfectly. The critics sure didn't like it, but I don't always go by that. I gotta admit that sometimes I fall for cheesey performances (I'm such a darned romantic), so we'll see. Wish it was on IW.

Yeah, just be prepared to not take it seriously then all is well. I went into it thinking I was going to watch a real period piece not a huge cheesefest! It helps greatly if you are prepared. A little embarassing at a theater when a full blown laugh escapes because you weren't prepared! lmao!

Did you see Much Ado About Nothing with Emma Thompson? I expected that to be serious, but it was very campy, almost silly at times. I think I might have liked it if I had been prepared, so thanks for the forewarning.

No I didn't see that version of Much Ado but I expect it in that play as it is one of Shakespeare's campier tales along with The Taming of the Shrew, imo, If you can call a Shakespeare play campy! lol
