When a comet strikes Earth and kicks up a cloud of toxic dust, hundreds of humans join the ranks of the living dead. But there's bad news for the survivors: The newly minted zombies are hell-bent on eradicating every last person from the planet. For the few human beings who remain, going head to head with the flesh-eating fiends is their only chance for long-term survival. Yet their battle will be dark and cold, with overwhelming odds.

Writer-director Amy Heckerling (Clueless) delivers a twisted romantic comedy that shows what happens when a mother (Michelle Pfeiffer) and daughter (Saiorse Ronan) come to blows with the forces of nature. Just as Rosie (Pfeiffer) strikes up a romance with a handsome younger man (Paul Rudd), her daughter Izzie (Ronan) falls in love for the first time -- and Mother Nature (Tracey Ullman) can't resist the temptation to meddle.

When Teal'c (Christopher Judge) and Vala (Claudia Black), the last of the Goa'uld System Lords, vanish into thin air, Carter (Amanda Tapping), Daniel (Michael Shanks) and Mitchell (Ben Browder) trek back in time and find a world where the Stargate program never existed -- and the Goa'uld are set to conquer. This feature-length continuation of the Stargate SG-1 series also stars Cliff Simon as the evil Ba'al and Beau Bridges as Maj. Gen. Landry.
For some reason, my genres don't seem to fit my rating's at all. I have rated 3265 films with probably around 100 as not interested. but I don't think I have rated any films in some of the genres listed as my favorite:

I'm sorry I have been absent from the site for a while. I wanted to extend to you a long overdue welcome to the Wormhole! It’s nice to see that the SCI-FI Forum is thriving and with so many new members! I wanted to let you know that we are adding new features – a SCI-FI Portal that will take members to other groups on this site. I’d love to hear any thoughts, suggestions, or ideas you might have to improve the Wormhole or the Portal :)
